The successful candidate will support all activities associated with organizational change, including but not limited to; transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment and organizational transformation and culture change.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and typically 5-7 years related business experience. Knowledge and skills in a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects. Lastly, experience relevant to one of the following areas:
1. Strategic planning and performance measurement
2. Business process reengineering, improvement, & management
3. Change Management and Transition
4. Governance
5. Advance Operating Plan development
6. Operating Plans development
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting the US Department of Veterans Affairs. PMP, Prince, or Six Sigma certification.
