Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technology Expert
The Technology Expert will support the government in leading the development of the technical components of the Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution (SCES) solution for Increment 1 including the strategy/approach for the: 'to be' solution architecture (integration with Defense Security Cooperation Agency and other Security Cooperation systems), RICE technical design and development, and integration with the Business Intelligence and other reporting tools. This includes the validation that the technical design meets the technical requirements of the SCES Increment 1 program solution. The Technology Expert will support integration between the ERP, Data and Hosting Solution for Increment 1. The role includes coordination of all technical review sessions, briefings and documentation. Contractor will support testing as required.
ERP Functional Design Expert
The ERP Functional Design Expert will support the government in leading the development of the functional components of the SCES solution for Increment 1 including the strategy/approach for the: 'to be' process design, Blueprint and solution configuration, Service ERP impact analysis, RICE functional design, and integration with the Business Intelligence and other reporting solutions. This includes the validation that the functional design meets the business requirements and end to end processes for: Prospect to Order, Budget to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay capabilities. The Contractor ERP Functional Design Expert will support functional integration between the ERP and Data Solution for Increment 1, work closely with the Technical Expert, and work closely with the Integration Services Contract Change Management Lead on the impact of the functional solution and design of the end user training approach. The role includes coordination of all functional review sessions, briefings and documentation, e.g., Bluebook. Contractor will support testing as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

Experience with ERP implementations

Experience managing and implementing large complex IT systems
*
Experience advising senior executives on effective utilization of IT sytems and reengineering to meet business objectives

Experience assessing complex user requirements and conveying required services and responses to staff and vendors
*
Experience assisting with the documentation of supported products for staff and vendors
*
Experience testing information technology systems or solutions
*
Ability to assist in the preparation and conduct of training sessions as needed
*
Bachelors Degree
Desired Qualifications:
*
Experience with Oracle e-business suite and or SAP - experience with both preferred
*
Prior experience with SCES or a DoD Foreign Military Sales case/financial management system
*
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*
Ability to work in a team environment including working with multiple DoD stakeholders,subcontractors and vendors
*
Masters Degree
