The successful candidate will conduct organizational studies that specifically access and analyze current organization states and management systems and perform gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states, including findings and recommendations. In addition, conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies that specifically access and analyze current organization states and management systems.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and typically five to seven years of related (project support or management) experience. Should be familiar with the analysis and advice to management regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of large scale programs and operations. Furthermore, candidate shall have an understanding of management principles, processes, and improving overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Lastly, experience relevant to one of the following areas:
1. Strategic planning and performance measurement
2. Business process reengineering, improvement, & management
3. Change Management and Transition
4. Governance
5. Advance Operating Plan development
6. Operating Plans development
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting the US Department of Veterans Affairs. PMP, Prince, or Six Sigma certification.
