CACI is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our Team in Arlington, VA.

The Knowledge Manager is responsible for the development of a knowledge program, collaborating across IT organization units to build and maintain a robust knowledge base for customers. You will oversee a team of knowledge analyst and technical writers, ensuring consistency and the highest level of quality for all knowledge articles submitted through the customers ServiceNow ITSM Knowledge Management tool.

This position requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in Arlington, VA.

About the Role:

  • Partner with program managers to coordinate, support, and facilitate the deployment and extension of knowledge management content, programs, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop, integrate, and ensure maintenance of knowledge management architecture.

  • Maintain and audit knowledge management, strategies, and processes across multiple task orders and programs to meet PMO standards.

  • Create and maintain knowledge management documentation including standard operating procedures, job aids, knowledge base articles.

  • Conduct statistical analysis to determine common issue types to identify and prioritize potential documentation gaps.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 10 applicable years

  • Demonstrated experience conveying complex technical concepts via written and oral communication

  • Experience gathering and transcribing processes and procedures

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with technical writing

  • Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Base

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

  • Familiarity with process and procedure development in support of a Federal Government Agency

  • Knowledge of Configuration Change Management best practices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
