Description
CACI seeks motivated Application Systems Analysts/Programmers to support financial management system programs within the U.S. Intelligence Community. The candidates will participate in exciting large-scale enterprise system development efforts and have the opportunity to acquire a Top Secret level government clearance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Business System Analysts to develop web applications using Java
- Use the Eclipse IDE to develop Selenium based Java code to programmatically execute end-to-end system test scripts that generate the required testing results documentation.
- Participate in project work sessions to gather and document requirements.
- Find and log system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure.
- Develop subject matter expertise for assigned components.
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of technical activities.
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizen eligible for Top Secret clearance with polygraph.

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience. We will consider candidates pursuing a four-year degree in technical or business field such as Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, etc.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Java programming through relevant school or work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience or relevant coursework relating to J2EE application development
- Experience with Selenium or similar automated testing tool.
- Self starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Relevant coursework in the systems development lifecycle, programming and relational databases such as Oracle.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
- Ability and initiative to set goals and execute.
