Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for providing exceptional support for the customer's financial management system in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The desired candidate should have functional knowledge of the customer's business system, and a proven record of resolving complex business systems issues. In addition, the desired candidate should be familiar with federal financial accounting processes, possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. As a Business Systems Analyst, the desired candidate will be expected to matrix across the program to support the customer's top priorities and ensure mission success.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently to resolve complex functional issues
- Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize and complete tasks of multiple priorities in a timely manner
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately

- Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
- The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Momentum Financials or other federal financial system
- Working knowledge of the customer's business processes, policies, and procedures
- Prior experience providing customer support for a large business system
