Duties and Responsibilities:

In compliance with the NISPOM, administer routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Researches, organizes, writes, edits, and produces technical data for media and web based projects. Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under very general supervision, assists with the administration and coordination of the DOD, SAP, and intelligence community industrial security program and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Candidate must have familiarity with the NISPOM, NISPOMSUP, applicable DCIDs and Executive Orders, and the JAFAN. Candidate will also be required to provide security response to RFPs, SCIF or closed area management, customer badge renewals, visitor and document control, visit authorization letters. Due to the requirement to respond to after-hour alarms in a timely manner, it is preferred that the candidate must live in proximity to the Chantilly, area; relocation expenses will not be paid. This position has primarily personnel security functionality and requires specific industrial or intelligence community security experience - military, physical, guard force or police experience will not apply. Completion of the DSS sponsored FSO Management course is a plus for consideration. This position requires the ability to prioritize work and function independently as well as the ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service as well as getting along with others. Candidate shall have a demonstrated ability to collect and organize data in a cohesive manner for use in the Security primary database system, SIMS. Candidate shall have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.

Primary duties include completion of SF86 packages, fingerprinting, preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), use of SIMS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. Publish security awareness for all cleared corporate personnel. Conduct security briefings and develop and conduct security education programs. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement procedures and coordinates procedure manual revisions.

- Requires experience processing clearances, familiarity with SF86 preparation

- Maintains security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.

- Conduct collateral security briefings and debriefings.

- Assists employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.

- Coordinates with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.

- Creates reports and maintains documents / databases to accurately track candidates through the security process from initial clearance submission until they are granted a final clearance.

- Provides support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations throughout the world.

- Send visit requests

- Maintain and coordinate excellent working relationships with government agencies.

Required Qualifications:

This position requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. Also requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Must have current final Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Must have previous industrial security experience and in-depth knowledge of the NISPOM.

Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with JPAS, e-QIP, SIMS (or equivalent system) and ISFD.

Must have experience with personnel security, document control, and visitor control.

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with all levels of staff and outside personnel.

Desired Qualifications:

- Facility Security Officer Certification and four year's experience as a FSO - Preferred

- Completion of DSS correspondence courses would be a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position leads corporate-wide growth objectives and initiatives within the INSCOM customer market space. Position provides day to day security maintenance for assigned information systems. The customer relies heavily on information technology (IT) to run its daily operations and deliver products and services. With increasing reliance on IT, a growing complexity of IT infrastructure, and a constantly changing information security threat and risk environment, information security has become a mission essential function. This function must be managed and governed to reduce the risks to customer's operations and to ensure their ability to do business and fulfill its mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for implementing and following customer and Federal information assurance policies and guidelines for securing information systems. These duties include but are not limited to: ensuring all Information Systems (IS)s are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and practices outlined in the customer's Certification and Accreditation (C&amp;A) handbook; ensure that all users have the requisite security clearances, authorization, and need-to-know, and are aware of their security responsibilities before they are granted access to the IS; initiate protective and corrective measures when a security incident or vulnerability is discovered; monitor system recovery processes and ensure the proper restoration of an IS security features; ensure Configuration Management (CM) for security-relevant IS software, hardware, and firmware is documented and maintained; support certification activities throughout the C&amp;A process; ensure that system security requirements are complied with, unless waived during all phases of the system lifecycle; establish audit trails and ensure their review, and make them available, when required, to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) or the Information System Security Manager (ISSM); retain audit logs in accordance with applicable customer and Federal policies; ensure awareness and precautionary measures are exercised to prevent introduction and/or proliferation of malicious code; manage review and release of media and/or memory components.

Required Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for direct supervision/management of the proposal team. Manages all activities involved in the development and revision of proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, strategizes, and positions the proposal, including developing win themes, best value propositions, discriminators, and graphics.

Maintains focus on the win strategy throughout the proposal process, and infuses that strategy and its resultant tactics effectively throughout the entire proposal.

Analyzes the government solicitation, identifies all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepares and distributes the detailed proposal schedule, outline and guidelines.

Responds rapidly to RFP amendments and implements required changes to proposal.
