Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational trainer on the National Harmony Database, DHDS, DHDS-CT, DHDS-T, D2C, TED, and any other Harmony system as required. The candidate shall maintain a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the Harmony tools and the Harmony operational support infrastructure as well as develop and publish lesson plans tailored to the Army's Training Support Package (TSP). This candidate must have a high level expertise in Harmony systems sufficient to stand-up a DHDS/D2C or other Harmony Program applications.
Additionally, the candidate must provide System Administration support including, but not limited to, technical expertise (IT and SA) for DHDS and TED activities worldwide. Maintain data files and control procedures for a complex system of networked computers or for a single group of microcomputers linked to a host workstation, or mainframe.
Required Qualifications:
The clearance level required for this position is an active TS/SCI.
Instructional/Trainer podium experience
Systems Administration experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Oracle certification and experience is a big plus
Military Intelligence IT/SA experience beneficial
