Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications. Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity. May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts. May be responsible for training and mentoring junior IAs. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience. Requires a minimum of 15 years professional experience and training in SIGINT production, SIGINT support and leadership roles directly associated with the client or its Extended Enterprise. Requires at least 5 years experience at the executive level with management or command responsibilities, to include end-to-end SIGINT processes, generating requirements, collection management, and intelligence analysis. Previous participation in "big picture" activities such as mission development, systems development project management, staff action management, and strategic planning.
