Duties and Responsibilities:

Senior Intelligence Officer for the National Terrorism Bulletin in the Directorate of Intelligence in support of the Presidential Support & Production Group (PSPG)
The Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) of the National Terrorism Bulletin (NTB) serves as one of the senior staff that produces both the NTB and the terrorism component of the President's Daily Brief (PDB). SIOs review draft NTB submissions from analysts around the Intelligence Community (IC), edit and review the pieces in concert with the analyst and senior reviewer to produce high-quality finished intelligence, including for submission to the PDB. SIOs work directly with the DI front office to ensure assignments are completed when NTB management isn't present.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following:

· Strong analytic, writing, editing, and briefing skills.

· Proven track record of reviewing finished intelligence and working cordially with analysts and managers.

· Expert knowledge of DI analytical tradecraft.

· Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective working relationships at all levels and at multiple agencies and organizations.

· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.

· Discretion, integrity, and proven judgment.

Knowledge of IC policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 12-15 years of related experience.

The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience in an interagency environment.

· Familiarity with key US foreign policy and national security counterterrorism objectives

· Familiarity with Homeland Security Presidential Directives.

· Experience in analyzing vast amounts of data.
Experience working in a high pressure and deadline oriented environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 12-15 years of related experience. Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances
