RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keeps current regarding new hardware/software products for system enhancements.

Establishes and maintains user e-mail accounts; provides e-mail training and software support; provides e-mail documentation and updates user manual as needed.

Meets with clients to plan, analyze, design, and test computer applications.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Duties and Responsibilities:

CACI International Inc, is currently seeking personnel to conduct background investigations on a full-time basis in support of our Office of Personnel Management (OPM) contract under the Investigations Services Division. Each candidate will be required to complete a pre-screening selection process and must successfully pass an 8-week OPM New Investigator Training Course (including four weeks in Chantilly, VA). Candidates must be willing to travel up to 100 miles radius based on a geographic location.

Under limited supervision, Investigators will conduct background investigations for the purposes of employment suitability and security clearance determinations. Investigators will be required to conduct face-to-face interviews with subject, neighbors, coworkers, friends and associates. Investigators will also perform record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses and mental health, financial and educational institutions relative to the subject of investigation.

Investigators will be required to compile all information gathered and submit a clear and concise report on a government computer system. A laptop will be provided to facilitate reporting of information.

Expenses incurred during casework, such as, mileage, parking, tolls, metro fees, record fees, etc., will be reimbursed.

Senior individual will serve as a key technical Network resource for the NBC - Systems Operations and Administration (SOA) Contract. This position is the Lead for Task Area 3 Network Services under the SOA contract which includes the following 9 Task Areas of support:

Network Services Branch is responsible for developing, configuring, operating and monitoring integrated network solutions and supporting the customer's data network environment. These responsibilities include the management, administration and troubleshooting of all data networks operated or managed by the DOI. In some cases this extends to the customers location.

•     Wide-area Network (WAN)

WAN services include the provision and monitoring and management of networks that interconnect two or more separate facilities that span a geographic area larger than a campus or metropolitan area. Transmission facilities include, but are not limited to, point to point circuits, Frame Relay, dedicated Internet connections, broadband (DSL/Cable Modem) Internet connections, and Internet based VPN connections. DOI works with public carriers and other customer circuit providers on behalf of customer to ensure delivery of WAN services. Support of any network services related work required by designated carriers, to support the customer network, is considered within the scope of services.

•     Local-area Network (LAN)

LAN services include the initial architecture, implementation of the LAN with ongoing monitoring and management of networks that are usually confined to a single facility or portion of a facility. Network LAN components consist of routers, switches, content switching/SSL, firewalls, and VPN/Remote access solutions supporting all network traffic originating from desktop devices, local file and print servers, application servers, database servers, peripherals, and local production systems. This service ends at, but does not include, the LAN attached device network card at the desktop.

•     LAN-to-LAN/Client Secure Network Connectivity

VPN services include the provision, monitoring, and management of methods for remote users, business partners, developers, customers, and DOI offices to securely connect to the DOI Network Infrastructure Services over the public Internet. This service includes dedicated site-to-site VPN connectivity on a shared public IP network and could include VPN client access. It requires industry-/Internet-based standards for security to create and preserve privacy, data integrity, and authenticity.

•     Network Security

Network Security Services include initial network security architecture and design with ongoing support of security to physical and logical device connected to the network. Security services include Firewall, Intrusion Detection and Penetration/Vulnerability testing to include assisting during audits.

Senior individual must demonstrate experience across all aspects of customer's current data network environment, and able to support test and analysis of all elements of the network facilities including power, software, security features, communications devices, lines, modems and terminals and for the overall integration of the enterprise network. The contract staff member is responsible for the planning, modeling, simulation, design, installation, maintenance, management and coordination of the network. Monitors and controls the performance and status of the network resources. Utilizes software and hardware tools, identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network performance. Maintains technical currency and studies vendor products to determine those which best meet client needs. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced network support technicians.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This F.T. position is with a DoD Agency in E-commerce operations working with the Oracle E-business Suite application on site in Aurora, CO.

Performs as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project. Performs as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assignment, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned software developers working on a specific project. Assists in the scheduling and coordinating of projects and may be involved in the design phase of a project. Works with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Prepares internal software design documentation. Participates in the development of software user manuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writes code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone or those which access servers or services.

Develops code necessary to complete the assigned project(s) in the specified time frame according to departmental standards and guidelines.

Identifies and reports problems in new and existing software. Recreates reported software problems to facilitate solutions. This includes validating the fix for the software problem.

Writes, modifies, and debugs software for client applications.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.

5+ years hands-on development experience using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition

2+ years hands-on metadata development experience using OBIEE

Oracle 10g

2+ years hands-on development experience installing, configuring, and customizing Oracle BI applications, particularly Financial Analytics (Fusion)

Experience building a data warehouse from the ground up

Experience building a BI solution from the ground up

2+ years hands-on experience doing Star schema design

Must have strong interpersonal and teaming skills

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and hold an ADP II Clearance.

Serves as a company authority performing system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, and subsystem and system integration and tests for a system. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researches, designs, and develops critical and complex computer software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development, for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, and scientific applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
