Duties and Responsibilities:
Targeting Analyst with Chinese Mandarin 3/3 capability. To conduct Naval and Maritime Collection/Analysis.
Candidates will perform the secondary role of Targeting/All Source Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high profile government/contractor team working to solve one of the Nation's most challenging intelligence problems.
Applicants must apply Language skills as well as All-Source Targeting Analysis methodologies against a specific intelligence problem sets as part of an analysis team. You will contribute, leverage and apply non-traditional analytic solutions against difficult problems. Preferred candidates will be able to leverage prior experience drawn from the DOD and or the Intelligence Community.
Required Qualifications:
Min. of 5 years prior military and/or Inter-Agency experience in Intelligence.
Ability to write/think succinctly at the college level, experience with Microsoft Office.
2-3 years of experience in Research & Development.
Desired Qualifications
Good understanding of SIGINT, HUMINT, and Open Source Intelligence.
Must have Mandarin Chinese language ability at the 3/3 level.
· Prior U.S. Navy maritime experience providing intelligence support to the combatant commands.
· Solid operational background derived from prior work experience with the SIGINT, and or HUMINT collection cycles.
· Prior Targeting Analyst with a minimum of 5 years working experience derived from the military and/or Inter-Agency in an intelligence analysis or operational intelligence capacity.
Navy Reservists, Navy personnel transitioning out of the military, and prior Intelligence Community personnel are strongly desired.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Non-native Linguist - Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of relevant experience.
Native Linguist Requires native level skills and five to seven years of experience.
