Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Principal in CACI's growing Business System Solutions (BSS) organization the desired candidate will provide dynamic business process, business process re-engineering, and change management consulting within CACI's Oracle Business Applications practice supporting a key Federal Financial Management project.
- As a key client facing representative, works to support a collaborative team environment which promotes staff, sub-contractor, and client partnerships to meet common goals and shared program objectives.
- As an experienced consulting professional, advances a business model that endorses the highest level of professional ethics and client affiliations built with trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
- As a senior Federal Financials domain expert and Solution Architect, optimizes client business systems and cross functional application solutions to meet challenging business, interoperability, and deployment requirements in a Federal DoD environment.
- As a seasoned Oracle R12 business applications expert, provides hands-on client support for three or more of the following: Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, or Time and Labor business process areas including support for the design, testing, and implementation of agency-specific RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) items.
- As a change practitioner, collaborates with agency process owners to analyze business requirements and assist customers as they transition from legacy processes to Oracle R12 based solutions including planning, execution, and support of agency cutover activities into Production.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior level business transformation professional with demonstrated track record implementing multiple successful Oracle ERP enabled projects in a Federal environment.
- Previous experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect on multiple Oracle enabled ERP programs with cross-functional knowledge of Oracle system processes in a Federal environment.
- Deep Federal Financial Management domain knowledge with hands-on full life-cycle implementation experience for three or more of the following Oracle R12 business areas: General Ledger, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Project Billing and Project Costing, Oracle Time and Labor, Compusearch PRISM 6.2, Sunflower (property management) and/or GovTrip (Northrup Grumman).
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and exposure to multiple project management methodologies and tools including direct hands-on experience with Oracle AIM Methodology and approach including thorough knowledge of BR.100, MD.050, TE.020, TE.040, and TE.120 documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in designing/architecting Oracle Federal Financial solutions, including designing and implementing functional configurations; reporting, data and querying solutions; and identifying possible future application, data, and reporting solutions.
- Superior written and oral communication skills are required.
- Proven client management skills with a focus on simplifying complex system processes for senior government officials.
- Current Security Clearance or ability to attain a Federal Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 12-15 years of related experience. A masters degree in systems engineering or business management is a plus but not required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is desired but not required.
