What You’ll Get to Do:

Collect and organize information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and other reports and deliverables.

Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents or information security-related documents.

Coordinate documentation of specifications, design, features, and operation of E-discovery applications such as Relativity.

More About the Role:

Design and format documents using document-creation software and Standard Operating Procedures; training documentation; technical presentations, user guides, and client deliverables.

Manage updates and revisions to technical deliverables, e.g. QA Plan, Contingency Plan, etc.

Evaluate legacy documentation and restructure it when necessary, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quick Reference Guides, and Checklists.

Work with Relativity Administrators and DBAs on documenting enterprise, system-level documentation including design documents, installation/upgrade guides, step-by-step tutorials.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

BA/BS or 5 years equivalent experience

Experience in explaining technical data and information in simplistic language for end users of complex IT and E-Discovery systems/software and tools.

Must have experience in editing narrative and graphic products to identify and correct grammatical formatting and logic errors and to identify logical inconsistencies that will require author attention.

Must have experience in the application a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools.

Must have experience in meeting with authors and other team representatives to review documents, compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and provide final publishable documentation.

Must have experience in explaining in simple language technical ideas that are difficult for the average reader to understand.

  • Must Have TS/SCI DOD Clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Knowledge of E-Discovery applications and experience with LAW, Relativity, or Brainspace is extremely helpful.

Knowledge of Government’s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server based applications very helpful.

Substantial knowledge of the capabilities of computer systems and networks.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
