Description

CACI is preparing to bid on work supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI). Specifially we are looking for cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist or collector with a CURRENT TS/SCI clearance and (minimum of six (6) years) SIGINT experience. The work to be performed at the following eleven locations:

1) HQ AF ISR Agency, Lackland AFB TX;

2) 70 ISRW, Ft Meade MD;

3) 480 ISRG, Ft Gordon GA;

4) NASIC, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH;

5) 22 IS, Ft Meade MD;

6) 22 IS OL-AM, Scott AFB IL;

7) 93 IS, Lackland AFB TX;

8) 526 IS, Nellis AFB NV;

9) 31 IS, Ft Gordon GA;

10) Det 1 31 IS , Shaw AFB SC;

11) 324 IS, Hickam AFB HI.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:

Experience. Contractor shall have experience (minimum of six (6) years) as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist or collector. Contractor personnel involved with operational management support shall have experience in strategic planning and management of intelligence missions to include collection, analysis and reporting.

General Knowledge and Expertise. Contractor shall have general knowledge and expertise in the following:

Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes;

Aerospace operations planning and associated documents such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS);

National intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Cryptologic collection, dissemination and retrieval systems, databases and methods;

SIGINT collection management processes and strategies, and a familiarly with other intelligence disciplines collection management processes and strategies;

United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies, and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies; and

Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes

Practical Knowledge. Contractor shall have practical/working knowledge of the following:

NSANet, JWICS and SIPRNet

Chat tools (e.g., ZIRCON, Info Work Space, Jabber)

Messaging tools (e.g., AMHS, Coastline, KLASHES, Anchory/MAUI)

Windows applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Internet Explorer)

CACIPOSITION SUMMARY:

With a wide range of knowledge, provides signals intelligence support for strategic and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.

Researches, compiles, evaluates and integrates Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports, and based on US National and theater priorities.

Prepares the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments.

Accesses SIGINT databases used in geo spatial analysis.

Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.

Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity.

May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.

May be responsible for training and mentoring junior IAs.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.

Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees. POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solid background in switching

- Experience on customer's enterprise network IP management (DHCP/DNS)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Serves as a company authority in establishing procedures for the maintenance of data files and control procedures for a complex system of networked computers or for a single group of microcomputers linked to a host workstation, or mainframe. RESPONSIBILITIES:
