What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Subject Matter Expert.

  • Provide key technical input into the development, integration, evaluation, use, and deployment of RFI Services solutions and improvements.

  • Must be self-supervised, with strong leadership experience.

  • Supervise and assist Junior engineers and Contractors in the delivery of RFI Service capabilities.

  • Oversee quality control/quality assurance and for product delivery from the RFI Services Contractor team(s).

  • Key participant in CAOS team events including Release Planning Events, and backlog grooming to ensure regular progress.

  • Assist scrum teams in mitigating or removing impediments to their progress.

  • Promote consistent design principles, approaches to system design, security, testing, and documentation for team(s).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years of demonstrated experience in Orchestration Services or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success in the conduct of agile software development, integration, and delivery of Orchestration Service capabilities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
