Duties and Responsibilities:

CACI International Inc, is currently seeking personnel to conduct background investigations on a FULL-TIME basis in support of our Office of Personnel Management (OPM) contract under the Investigations Services Division.

Under limited supervision, Investigators will conduct background investigations for the purposes of employment suitability and security clearance determinations. Investigators will be required to conduct face-to-face interviews with subject, neighbors, coworkers, friends and associates. Investigators will also perform record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses and mental health, financial and educational institutions relative to the subject of investigation. Investigators will be required to compile all information gathered and submit a clear and concise report on a government computer system. A laptop will be provided to facilitate reporting of information. Expenses incurred during casework, such as, mileage, parking, tolls, metro fees, record fees, etc., will be reimbursed.

**Candidates will be required to complete a pre-screening selection process and must successfully pass an eight week (four weeks in Chantilly, VA) OPM New Investigator Training Course.

**Candidates must be willing to travel up to 100 miles radius based on a geographic location.

Required Qualifications:

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:

Experience. Contractor shall have experience (minimum of six (6) years) as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist or collector. Contractor personnel involved with operational management support shall have experience in strategic planning and management of intelligence missions to include collection, analysis and reporting.

General Knowledge and Expertise. Contractor shall have general knowledge and expertise in the following:

Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes;

Aerospace operations planning and associated documents such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS);

National intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Cryptologic collection, dissemination and retrieval systems, databases and methods;

SIGINT collection management processes and strategies, and a familiarly with other intelligence disciplines collection management processes and strategies;

United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies, and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies; and

Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes

Practical Knowledge. Contractor shall have practical/working knowledge of the following:

NSANet, JWICS and SIPRNet

Chat tools (e.g., ZIRCON, Info Work Space, Jabber)

Messaging tools (e.g., AMHS, Coastline, KLASHES, Anchory/MAUI)

Windows applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Internet Explorer)

CACIPOSITION SUMMARY:

With a wide range of knowledge, provides signals intelligence support for strategic and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.

Researches, compiles, evaluates and integrates Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports, and based on US National and theater priorities.

Prepares the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments.

Accesses SIGINT databases used in geo spatial analysis.

Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.

Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity.

May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.

May be responsible for training and mentoring junior IAs.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.

Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to laboratory conditions.

As a test engineer and quality assurance (QA) specialist for the business intelligence and data warehousing (BI/DW) project of the Transformation and Systems Consolidation (TASC) program, provides a wide range of knowledge, defines and develops test and quality assurance standards for the TASC BI/DW project, reviews equipment and/or systems in accordance with company and contractual test and QA requirements. Creates, develops, maintains, and executes manual and automated test standards for the testing of information technology products, equipment or systems. Tests software releases during the product development. Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments. Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing. Develops test environment using test automation tools and agile methods. Establishes dashboard for easy accessibility to execution status. Identifies risks and provides mitigation strategies and options.

Participates in project &amp; task planning and execution. Collaborates with product management and technical writers to ensure manuals are in synch with the software to ensure that quality is built in from the ground up. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve problems that cause test failures. Documents usable test engineering data applicable to the assignment. Develops testing design options or recommendations and may assists in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications on low level projects.

Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating software quality and associated documentation. Determines the resources required for quality control. Maintains the level of quality throughout the software life cycle. Reviews and verifies the preparation of quality assurance documentation and procedures. Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle. Ensures compliance with (and develops, as needed) QA and CM policies and procedures. Independently audits programs and reports compliance, issues, and provides corrective recommendations.  Implements software process improvements to achieve and maintain an overall SEI CMM Level III rating for the organization. Required Qualifications:

- This role will require the ability to perform detailed, test processes and procedures and understands the SEI CMMI Level 3 practices as they relate to test processes and principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, specifications and data system integration.
- Must have prior experience in a related field of expertise as a test engineer/analyst and possess skills in quality assurance implementation.
