Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll serve as a Signature Reduction (SR) Oversight Specialist for USEUCOM in joint environment. Integrated into the J2X workspace, providing immediate guidance to Counterintelligence and HUMINT representatives for use of SR Coordinates with component organizations to identify requirement and advise on potential solutions in support of EUCOM Commanders best interest.

  • Assess and develop recommendations for current and future SR requirements by conducting mission and SR requirements analysis.

  • Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.

  • Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contribute to developing CI strategies.

  • Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.

  • Support the daily management and oversight of the SR / OPSEC Program.

  • Conduct and write an annual assessment of the SR/OPSEC Program (to include subordinate organizations) to ensure compliance with current DoD, Army, INSCOM, and customer SR policies.

  • Support the maintenance, issuance and recovery, inventories, and turn-in of the SR/OPSEC Program items and assist subordinate organizations.

  • Write, staff, and track SR/OPSEC Program documents.

  • Write, maintain, and instruct SR/OPSEC training courses based on operational requirements

Additional Requirements:

*APPLICANTS WITHOUT CURRENT TS/SCI WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED*

  • BA or BS degree with 6+ years, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in all source intelligence production in support of counterintelligence (CI) and HUMINT efforts, to include researching, writing, and briefing; other intelligence experience will not be considered in lieu of CI and HUMINT experience

  • RECENT AND DEMONSTRATED history of “hands-on” (non-supervision) production of all-source analytical CI and HUMINT products and briefs

  • Demonstrated performance using multiple IC research tools, with particular focus on CI and HUMINT applications, to produce finished intelligence products

  • Ability to do shiftwork, nights, weekends, and on-call hours (as required)

  • Strong familiarity with EUCOM AOR and current threats

  • Strong familiarity with military intelligence requirements, topics, and work environment, vs general IC experience

  • Ability to create short term products viewed by the command staff on a daily basis.

  • US Citizen

  • Be willing to relocate to UK within three months, if selected for the position

  • Possess a current passport with no less than six months remaining before expiration

-Applicants must have attended both Advanced Planners Course and Advanced Technicians Course to be considered. Applicants without these courses will not be considered, regardless of other skills, experience, or qualifications.

  • Commit to no less than 24 months on the program in the UK

NOTE: This is a non-supervisory role. We are looking for individuals with a proven history of direct creation of intelligence products; experience outlining elements such as “supervised,” “oversaw,” “managed,” “was responsible for,” or other like items will not be considered as “hands-on” intelligence production experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
