Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a SME with the AIM (Advanced Industrial Management) Suite of ship maintenance applications including but not limited to COST, AIM, MRQT, SUPDESK, SAEM, PSS, Business Objects REQUIRED.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in I-Level Maintenance within the SERMC, and NSSA environment.
Support the implementation of SMLIS applications within the RMCs (Regional Maintenance Centers.).
Tasks include providing process and application support to the employees within a Regional Maintenance Center business area and providing metrics support.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience with the AIM (Advanced Industrial Management) Suite of ship maintenance applications including but not limited to COST, AIM, MRQT, SUPDESK, SAEM, PSS & Business Objects
· US Citizenship with active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain
· The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
· Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related work experience.
Must have an advanced understanding of processes and applications within the depot or intermediate maintenance communities.
- The area of maintenance knowledge must be in at least one of the following areas:
- Industrial Management including work prioritization, organization, scheduling, execution, progress and close-out procedures.
- Work Force Management and Human Resources including employee management.
- Financial Management including budget formulation, execution, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, and data requirements for DCPS.
- Business Operations including analysis and metrics to support O, I or D level maintenance work.
- Maintenance Data including user account management, help desk, SharePoint systems procedures, and data access control and user role management procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is a plus.
