Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
As this MS Windows Administrator, you will join our outstanding Server Farm Team to perform as a technical expert with a significant understanding of the operations and maintenance of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 environment. You will also be asked to maintain responsibility for maintenance and integrity of servers, as well as provide technical guidance and provide customer support in a tier 2 and 3 capacity.

You could also expect to setup and install new hardware following all change management processes; and work on Remedy trouble tickets as they are received in the group queue. You would be expected to keep tickets updated and close them in a timely manner, and follow all processes and procedures as directed by the USAF and contract.

An ideal candidate would bring a comprehensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server gained from experience managing and troubleshooting Windows servers. This candidate would also bring outstanding communication skills to be exemplified communicating with clients, users, and general troubleshooting needs.

Some intermittent travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, or equivalent, and at least 5 years related experience

Experience administering and troubleshooting MS Windows Server 2003/2008

Experience managing large environments, planning, coordinating, and performing maintenance activities, upgrade, patches, and client troubleshooting

CompTIA Security+ certification (mandatory within 6-months of hire)

Ability to work past scheduled hours, nights and weekends, if required

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:

Experience. Contractor shall have experience (minimum of six (6) years) as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist or collector. Contractor personnel involved with operational management support shall have experience in strategic planning and management of intelligence missions to include collection, analysis and reporting.

General Knowledge and Expertise. Contractor shall have general knowledge and expertise in the following:

Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes;

Aerospace operations planning and associated documents such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS);

National intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes;

Cryptologic collection, dissemination and retrieval systems, databases and methods;

SIGINT collection management processes and strategies, and a familiarly with other intelligence disciplines collection management processes and strategies;

United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies, and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies; and

Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes

Practical Knowledge. Contractor shall have practical/working knowledge of the following:

NSANet, JWICS and SIPRNet

Chat tools (e.g., ZIRCON, Info Work Space, Jabber)

CACIPOSITION SUMMARY:

With a wide range of knowledge, provides signals intelligence support for strategic and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.

Researches, compiles, evaluates and integrates Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports, and based on US National and theater priorities.

Prepares the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments.

Accesses SIGINT databases used in geo spatial analysis.

Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.

Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity.

May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.

May be responsible for training and mentoring junior IAs.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Serves as a RADAR Systems Analyst responsible for characterizing and interpreting RADAR signal/system behavior. Analytical findings will be used to generate engineering models/simulations to aid in the understanding of RADAR and weapon system capabilities.

As a recognized company expert establishes definitions of new equipment, techniques or potential new signals in connection with radar, instrumentation, electronic counter-measurers, and communication signals and analyses and documentation of these in connection with radar, instrumentation, electronic counter-measurers, and communication signals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides senior guidance and direction to signal studies team in overall conduct of project(s) that are essentially signal related. Oversees the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited signal data. Provides analytical and operational support for unique tactical and strategic mission intelligence systems. Supports a range of analytical products and functions including operational scenarios, development of deployment scenarios, site assessments, and vulnerability assessments. Analyzes complex system integration requirements to identify mission vulnerability targets and develop multiple scenarios to resolve all mission threats. Perform mission planning and projections to anticipate future resource requirements to counter identified threats. Develops documentation to support objectives in support of external agencies and Commanders. Translates analytical results into effective briefings. Analyze operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence assets. Develops briefing reports that depict clear assessment of systems availability. Maintain mission status on assigned tactical and strategic systems.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7-9 years of related experience.

The systems analyst will have a working knowledge of various weapon systems, platforms, and non-RADAR systems associated with specified foreign airborne RADAR and EA systems. The analyst must understand the Technical ELINT analysis process and have the ability to interpret these findings from an engineering perspective.

Specialized experience should include use of Technical ELINT analytical tools, a familiarity with RADAR simulation programs, and computational programs such as MATLAB. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a cohesive team environment with technical analysts, intelligence analysts, and management team are required.

Requires Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a mathematics-intensive discipline.

Requires 5-10 years of experience working with Technical SIGINT data processing and/or RADAR system design/analysis. An extensive working knowledge of the software tools used to perform the processing or analysis.

Security Clearance:

Must have current TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to laboratory conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of moderately complex software and/or hardware engineering activities of an analysis, design, or test nature. Participates on project teams and provides guidance to less experienced engineers and technical staff. Plans, conducts, and may supervise research, development, or installation of products and systems in conformance with engineering design and customer specification. Engineering activities support both domestic and international products/services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.

Performs moderately complex engineering assignments of an analysis, design or test nature requiring application of specific standard techniques and procedures.

Conducts surveys and research to gather field data necessary for development or installation.

Prepares and interprets blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids in conformance with engineering design and customer specification.

Prepares technical construction specifications for onsite use as needed.

Reviews and critiques proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.

Reviews development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
