Description
Duties and Responsibilities:Formulate and define computer information system scope and objectives for assigned projects in support of EW/TechELINT at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center. Prepare detailed specifications for development and design of complex hardware and communications systems. Responsible for system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Assists in the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new hardware and enhancements of existing hardware and communications systems.
Required Qualifications:TS/SCI security clearance with 5-7 years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in performing systems design, development, and implementation in Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with technical signal analysis tools including Shiloh, MARTES suite, and Digital Signal Lab (DSL). Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Desired Qualifications:Substantial knowledge and experience in managing large, complex AIS projects in business, mathematical, or scientific setting using a variety of information technology resources. Experience with one or more EW/TechSIGINT disciplines including Radar/ELINT, FISINT, and Proforma highly desire.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
