Description
Duties and Responsibilities:This position will be responsible for supporting the various Regional Maintenance Centers in their transition from NEMAIS to the AIM Suite of applications. This consists of developing and executing transition plans, training, standard operating procedures, and implementation strategies. It also requires travel to the Regional Maintenance Centers to conduct over-the-shoulder training.
Required Qualifications:Typically requires bachelor's degree (in related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
- Detailed knowledge of AIM, AIMxp, Execution Priorities, and MRQT applications
- Bachelor's degree (business or engineering preferred) or equivalent
- Seven plus years of Naval shipyard or other Naval maintenance related experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NEMAIS
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Current security clearance
