Duties and Responsibilities:

Counterintelligence / Intelligence Analyst (SME, Senior-level)

CACI seeks senior-level intelligence professional with extensive experience in counterintelligence (CI) analysis and/or counterterrorism analysis, as well as knowledge and/or experience with CI operations and investigations. On-the-job responsibilities include analysis of current and historical threat streams, as well as coordination with CI operational planners to support management and execution of sophisticated CI campaigns. You will focus proactive CI capabilities against high-priority targets in order to detect, identify and disrupt threats from foreign intelligence services, terrorists, insiders, and other entities targeting the Department of Defense (DoD). Candidate must have experience dealing with DoD- and national-level CI, intelligence agencies, and law enforcement organizations and structures, as well as experience with Intelligence Community analytical tools such as Analyst Notebook, and experience manipulating data from databases and web sites to include WISE, TAC, M3, HOTR, Intelink, A-space, and I-space. Candidate must have the demonstrated ability to work independently, lead CI projects, and represent the subject matter in DoD and other Intelligence Community working groups and meetings. Candidate must possess excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to create comprehensive project plans and finished intelligence products which require minimal editing, provide quality assurance, and brief their project/team's CI products, including presentation to high-level officials.

Candidate must have a Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility. This position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience and least a bachelor's degree (BA / BS) (masters degree is a plus). Some travel may be required. Travel to CONUS and permissive overseas locations is possible; less than 10% travel expected.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in CI investigations and operations, and/or CI analysis and production methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) is required. Masters degree is a plus.
-Security Clearance:Top Secret / SCI

The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive CI analysis and general intelligence is acceptable, but experience with CI and counterespionage operations and investigations and CI operational planning is preferred. Extensive counterterrorism (CT) experience may be acceptable.
