Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Control Analyst (PCA) is the primary contract support person to the contractor's program manager. The PCA provides support for engagement coordination duties, such as timekeeping and reporting, invoicing, burn reports, cost estimates, contract modifications, project schedules, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (technical project management) experience.
Must have a working knowledge of CACI Financial Reporting to include reporting, invoicing, burn reports, cost estimates, and contract modifications.
Experience Requirements: Three years of progressive and intensive experience in coordinating engagements for the contracting firm with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a position with duties - commensurate to those defined in this section. The PC L3 must have working knowledge of Federal acquisition laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Educational Requirements: Associates degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or major field of study which either provided substantial knowledge useful in coordinating multi-million dollar projects or is closely related to the work as described and required by the task.

The clearance level required is ACTIVE TS/SCI.
Desired Qualifications:Working knowledge of CACI Policies and Procedures, On and Off Boarding and Timekeeping.
