Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Information Technology (IT) Strategy specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Roles supported may include Strategic Planning and IT Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) processes, including the selection, control, and evaluation of IT portfolios, performance, and results-based management activities. Additional areas of responsibility may include records management, statistical policy, privacy, information security, and information disclosure. In addition, activities may include the advancement of strategic governance programs, the strategic management of human capital, improved financial performance, and budget/performance activities. Support may also include analysis and programmatic support related to statutory requirements and compliance, agency mission, strategic goals, implementation plans, and program specific legislation and guidelines contributing to client management and strategic partner planning and coordination.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge in designated field or discipline. Provides insight and advice concerning task or project strategic direction and outcomes. Contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Resolves complex problems which require in-depth knowledge of subject matter related to the designated field or discipline. Possesses demonstrated ability and experience in management consulting and cross-team facilitation at a management level. Directs the activities of staff as necessary on activities related to the specific field or discipline. Demonstrated ability to constructively interface with executive level clients. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field. Active TS/SCI clearance.

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
