CACI International Business Operations Lead in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
- This position is responsible for managing the program integration functions such as Procurement, Travel, Finance and Logistics to be performed at the CACI Building at APG, MD.
Manage a team of 3 separate teams within the Program Management Office and directly interface with the customer senior leadership at the division level.
Manage the execution, tracking, and reporting of all business processes such as Procurement and Travel reports, contract deliverables and OCONUS deployments.
Manage the program's day-to-day business operations and provide operational oversight and direction for a team of over 8 FTEs.
Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.
Five years of experience with DoD programs and services inclusive of financial management.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related work experience; or
MA/MS and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Experience working in the Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system and creating Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
Previous experience providing technical support for the C5ISR customer organization at APG, MD.
Personnel Management experience with leading 3 or more employees
Experience working with the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
