CACI is seeking an Electronics Warfare SME at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. If you are looking to show your strong technical knowledge and expertise in all things Electronic Warfare (EW) while working in a team environment we would like to speak with you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As an Electronic Warfare SME, you will serve as an adviser to the ARAT-Program Office Senior Leadership. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and analyze current and future EW system requirements and provide recommendations to senior leaders on how best to support/sustain those efforts.

  • Identify solutions to meet the program’s unique requirements in supporting/sustaining future Army EW systems.

  • Provide recommendations to establish a custom EW training and testing environment.

  • Coordinate with entities and organizations external to the program office to facilitate collaboration and coordination efforts.

  • Develop briefings, slides, action memos, and talking points.

  • Respond to inquiries and RFIs from stakeholders.

  • Attend and participate in meetings, take meeting notes, record taskers and actions, and update senior leadership when necessary.

More About the Role:

You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work independently while in support of on-going projects managed from the SEC ARAT Program Office.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.

  • 10+ years’ experience.

  • At least 5 years’ experience supporting or working EW systems or programs in the DoD.

  • Ability to provide acquisition management and technical analysis and subject matter expertise.

  • Provide technical and program management support in analysis of missions, program goals, program and technology evaluations and effectiveness analysis for Army EW mission areas and capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to support ARAT senior leadership with memorandums, information papers, white papers, briefings, and similar correspondence.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

  • Prior experience as an Army Electronic Warfare Warrant Officer.

  • Proven understanding of, and experience with, DoD, Joint Staff, and Military Services roles and responsibilities.

  • Experience as a technical subject matter expert in support of Electronic Warfare systems.
