CACI is seeking a cleared Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Program Manager who will serve as the Program Manager for Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Systems in the Command Control Communications Intelligence (C3I) Solutions Division at Aberdeen, MD.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Create and maintain technical, financial, and operational schedules and deliverables for CACI and customer focused initiatives

  • Provides leadership to ensure programs across the division meets all key performance parameters and achieve all established organizational quality, technical, financial and growth objectives

  • Represent CACI as well as interface with Government and other stakeholders

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of division programs

  • Major contributor to company growth through bid and proposal activities as well as on contract and organic growth

  • Identifies and Manages to Performance and Management metrics that track progress against schedule and cost baselines for the program

  • Conduct of program reviews internally with CACI senior management and externally with the Customer leadership team to provide status of cost, schedule and performance

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI with Poly clearance

  • Requires 15 or more years of experience

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Requires PMP Certification

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree

  • Understanding of Army Intel/EW/Cyber Programs
