CACI is seeking a Secure Lab Manager to support an Army program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work with a team while in support of on-going projects managed from the Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center’s Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program Office. If you have a background in managing security and IT operations in a secure environment with a desire to work on a critical large-scale contract we would like to speak with you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide daily laboratory security, ensure that only authorized or escorted personnel enter the lab

  • Verify that no electronic devices or removable media enters or exits the lab without proper verification

  • Conduct daily/monthly lab inspections

  • Identify and report security incidents/infractions

  • Perform lab access audits

  • Assist with resolving arming, disarming, alarm and lab door issues

  • Approve and revoke lab access requests

  • Provide regular lab maintenance (air handling issues/set points, lab lighting, printer supplies, personnel equipment movements, etc.)

  • Participate in and approve Change Control Board (CCB) Requests

More About the Role:

The primary focus of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations of a classified lab in support of assigned ground and airborne Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) as part of the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team - Program Office (ARAT-PO) program for providing Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post-production Software Support (PPSS) pursuant to Army regulations. The lab manager is expected to comprehend and implement standard secure lab policies and procedures and adhere to all SEC and ARAT policies. This position will require knowledge and understanding of maintaining lab security and following the guidelines for all lab compliance, inspections, audits, incident/infraction reporting, etc. The lab manager will also be responsible for maintaining the operations of all infrastructure and environmental controls within the lab.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience or 3 additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for a degree

  • Maintaining lab compliance via lab inspections and/or audits to limit security incidents and infractions

  • Monitoring and control of lab access, maintains lab IT equipment, and coordinates with external vendors for resolution of lab issues/concerns (i.e. air handlers, leaks, lighting, etc.)

  • Logistical oversight for execution of all lab transitions, reconfigurations and resource planning

  • Critical in identifying and resolving of traditional security concerns, in preparation for Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs)
