More About the Role:
Provide the US Army C5ISR customer base with IT support. General duties include:
Interfacing with customers through several communication platforms.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues at the local hardware and software level.
Installation, replacement and transportation of IT hardware and software.
Ensuring property accountability of government equipment.
Interfacing with internal and external support organizations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
1-10 years of similar experience. A minimum of a HS diploma (college degree can substitute for some years of experience).
An active TS/SCI clearance.
Security + Certification (or must obtain within 30 days of employment)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with US Army or other US military networks.
Experience with McAfee security products.
Prior military service.
