CACI is seeking a Logistics Technician to join our team supporting Army Intelligence TROJAN QRC and TROJAN baseline systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for maintaining control and 100% accountability of equipment.
Receive new equipment, inputs information into tracking database and ensures proper accountability.
Prepare equipment for shipment for fieldings, which includes: inventory, palletizing, boxing, packaging, wrapping and banding.
Maintain all receiving and shipping records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such in accordance with government
Prepare required Government forms for shipping and lateral transfers.
Assist with Asset Adjustments and Lateral Transfers within GCSS- Army.
Support the turn in of excess equipment identified by the Government in accordance with Government Regulations.
Support full inventories at the Warehouse, assisting in the preparation of reports of discrepancies and a list of the full inventory.
Maintain and upkeep Motorpool field equipment.
Transportation of large government-owned vehicles to support various exercise and/or fielding events, requiring possession of a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Minimum of Secret clearance is required and obtain TS/SCI clearance.
GCSS-A Experience including Course Certification.
Three years of related work experience in the ILS field, to include experience with Property Accountability.
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) is highly desirable (7 years of work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree).
Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is a plus!
Flexibility – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
An active TS/SCI Clearance.
Experience and certification operating a forklift.
Experience with receiving and shipping equipment. This includes: packing, inventory and palletizing.
Experience in communication and interaction with military units.
