What You’ll Get to Do:

  • You will provide Branch-wide overarching support for ongoing processes such as:

  • Coordinates with RADE Technical Project Lead, Government Project Leads, PMO Staff and other stakeholders to ensure mission support.

  • Assist Technical Project Manager with daily Branch support to operations.

  • Assist with the development, refinement, and streamlining of Branch processes to gain efficiencies and improve client support.

  • Prepare and execute program/project meetings and reviews; compile and deliver meeting minutes and status reports.

  • Assist with recruiting to include the creation / modification of job requisitions, screening candidates, conducting interviews and completing hiring manager duties.

  • Planning and execution for new and emerging Branch efforts. This may include assisting in the creation of new project/program deliverables; creating, managing and updating schedules, meetings, and workflows; and/or conducting research within corporate libraries and other data holdings to identify relevant policies / processes for Branch’s own uses.

  • Facilitate engagements with potential partners, clients, and other CACI entities.

  • Works independently with general to little supervision.

  • Initiate and track Request to Initiate Purchases (RIPs) for Purchase Orders; review Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), Extended Work Week (EWW) requests.

  • Compile Branch weekly and monthly status reports.

  • Liaison with vendors to ensure purchased services and products are on schedule and within budget.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TOP SECRET Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • BA/BS or Associates degree plus 3 yrs. experience or 6 yrs. of experience of program management experience.

  • Experience reviewing and evaluating Job Requisition candidates

  • Experience reviewing and processing procurement requests.

  • Experience reviewing and processing travel authorizations for accuracy.

  • Experience compiling contract deliverables such as monthly technical reports.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Superb attention to detail.

  • Ability to fully leverage Microsoft Office Suite of tools (MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) with a practical understanding of SharePoint.

  • Resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change.

These Qualifications Are Nice TO Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, supply chain, planning, procurement, hardware production, and/or parts management.

  • Familiar with Army Regulation 25-50 Preparing and Managing Correspondence.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
