CACI International Quality Assurance Engineer - Journeyman in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
CACI is seeking a Journeyman Quality Assurance Engineer to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work with a team while in support of on-going projects managed from the Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center’s Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program Office. If you have a background Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline with a desire to work on a critical large-scale contract we would like to speak with you.
More About the Role
The primary focus of this position is to provide Process and Product Quality Assurance audit support for all Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) supported systems. This position provides management structure and processes support for conducting audits on all work performed. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support during product reviews and making recommendations for corrective action for all ARAT programs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Level Clearance
A Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline
At least 7 years of experience
Ability to write Quality Assurance (QA) Plans and audit software change procedures, software development, software testing, and software documentation to verify compliance with software QA plans and procedures.
Experience executing QA plans in accordance with defined requirements and parameters
Experience with participating in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
Experience working on QA of code management, audits, baseline identification, and preparation and control of documentation for software projects.
