CACI is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to advance the automation of testing of the Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) system portfolio. This position is based at PM MC facilities at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop test scripts using automation software to support test for the PM Mission Command system portfolio.
Design test architecture, create test plans, execute tests, troubleshoot and document issues from testing.
Develop and implement test plans, procedures and documentation to support various stages of testing for all initial and updated increments/releases and components of systems.
Work closely with software developers and testers to understand system functions and test processes.
Translate system requirements into test cases.
Integrate multiple test programs into a cohesive test application.
Write automation scripts as products mature or new software is introduced.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to existing automation scripts.
Support data instrumentation, collection, and reduction.
Create automation database(s) to support test report generation.
Responsible for resolving complex issues identified in automation testing.
Identify automation test issues/risks to test branch chief and product office for visibility/resolution.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and at least 7 years of experience OR no degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Army tactical communication systems.
Experience with the automation of systems-level testing.
Software development experience with the following languages: Python and .NET.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and design as it relates to the test design.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of Army tactical communication systems preferably Mission Command systems (CPCE, DDS, C2I, CPOF, JBC-P/MMC, PF-D, AFATDS).
Strong communications skills.
Knowledge of Selenium scripts, JAVA, Sikuli, Eggplant, Python Computer Vision(PCV).
Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis.
Knowledge of data format such as VMF, XML, HTML, TCP, UDP, Cursor on Target (CoT).
