CACI International Sr. Signal Analyst in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
CACI is seeking a Sr. Signal Analyst to provide intelligence support, supporting the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD
What You’ll Get to Do:
Analyze COTS (Commercial, Off the Shelf) devices and their associated signals by the non-traditional collection, identification, demodulation and analysis, in order to provide necessary parametrical data to national level consumers.
Utilize multiple data-bases and or external web resources in order to obtain necessary parameters/instructions to bring light to the usage of tasked devices.
Manipulate binary data in order to identify purpose of demodulated bits.
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Be able to brief or speak to current tasks and progress to upper level management or visiting personnel.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI w CI Poly.
451 graduate with at least 4 years of in-depth bit analysis experience, or a 452 graduate that has had more than 2 consecutive years of in-depth bit-analysis experience.
BA/BS with 3 experience (or) Associates degree plus 6 yrs experience (or) High School plus 10yrs experience.
Trained and proficient in signals analysis, to include bit-manipulation, and the identifying of bits and or bytes.
Trained in signals analysis reporting.
Experienced in the use of signal analysis software packages to view, identify, and report on SOI’s.
Experience in the use of Data and Waveform Viewing Tools.
Proficient in the taking apart of objects, then returning them to proper working order.
Working knowledge in the identification of and determining the location of Cyclic Redundancy Checks.
Understand how to locate Linear Recursive Sequences, and how to remove them.
Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Working level knowledge of relevant tasking, collection, processing, and reporting procedures.
