CACI is seeking a solution focused cleared Technical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our QRC customer out of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Project Manager supports the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager in management of resourcing, cost, schedule, and risk and mitigations for technical projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with all functional leads to include technical and logistics staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a project’s status and associated deliverables.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for project performance to include delivery of documented project deliverables, labor resourcing, cost, schedule, and risks/mitigations
Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.
Assists with scheduling internal and external Special Projects meetings as required.
Manages project logistics ensuring that materials, resources, and vendors arrive in the right place at the right time.
Facilitates project communications and updates vendors, working groups, and all staff as appropriate.
Prepares briefings on project status for both CACI and Government leadership.
Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance and obtain a Poly.
Three plus years of demonstrated experience in managing technical projects.
Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Current Polygraph.
Experience working with agile project management methodologies.
