CACI is seeking a Technical Project Manager for our Aberdeen Proving Ground Software Open Architecture Development Team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cost, scope, and schedule for our team of software/electrical engineers, logistician, and Information Security Administrators as they conduct research and development into Open Architecture solutions for hardware and software Frameworks/Standards in support of C5ISR.

Manage and control project cost
Manage and control project schedule
Propose new and innovative solutions, processes, and efficiencies
Help the Army define and implement CMOSS/MORA standards and solutions for the intelligence community
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other technical degree from an accredited university
At least 8 years of proven technical and management experience where a project was managed from inception to deployment on one or more projects
Demonstrated experience leading RF electrical engineering or software development team in the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives
Familiar with software defined radios
Proven experience with conducting evaluation of technical trade-off
Must have a TS/SCI and obtain a favorable Polygraph
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Math, or Physics from an accredited university.
Experience with leading a team which developed signal processing algorithms in C/C++ based or straight math descriptions
Familiar with integrating, implementing, and testing of RF, PNT, SW, SBC… OPEN VPX cards on CMOSS platform
Familiarity with Git version control
Demonstrated proficiency with non-window operating system such as Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.
Familiar with GNU Radio, REDHAWK, PHOTON, MORA, or X-MIDAS frameworks
Experience the implementation of MATLAB or similar filter design
Experience with radio frequency (RF) communications and/or radar systems
