CACI is seeking a Configuration Control- Data Manager for its program located in Albuquerque, NM. You will support activities ranging from across the Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), Program Project, and activities outlined in the task order PWS. Update and maintain LCN databases, and perform Physical Configuration Audits. If you are looking for a new challenge with a growing company, CACI would like to speak with you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Apply configuration and data management control disciplines to the design, development, and support of software, hardware, and other complex systems

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain tools that support and automate processes for establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's or solution's performance, functional, and technical attributes, and its requirements, design, and technical specifications throughout its lifecycle

  • Collaborate with representatives from various functional groups assigned to the product or program including but not limited to engineering, purchasing, quality control, and integrated product team environment, to ensure customer, internal, and AS9100 quality requirements are met.

  • Develop standards, processes, and controls supporting product/solution configuration, data management, and release activities

  • Provide guidance and status to software developers, engineering staff, quality assurance, and configuration/release teams related to process and tool design alternatives, solution lifecycle processes, and compliance with established procedures for configuration/data management.

  • Reviews and may provide input on documentation in various departments; engineering CADD, purchasing, and Statement of Work.

  • You will support activities ranging from across the Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), Program Project, and activities outlined in the task order PWS.

  • Attendance is expected in project meetings, customer meetings, and engineering or technician training or better process understanding.

  • Update and maintain LCN databases, perform Physical Configuration Audits.

  • Proficient at understanding of MIL-STD, AS9100, Statement of Work, and Govt. CDRLs.

  • Periodically travel to customer or supplier sites for auditing purposes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Clearance

  • BA/BS degree, and 3 years of experience in the respective or technical/professional discipline being performed. Four additional years of experience can substitute for a BA/BS degree.

  • Thorough understanding of AS9100 standard (Aerospace).

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the company’s quality management system.

  • Proficient at reading technical drawings, Govt. standards, and quality standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Visio.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Current DOD Clearance

  • Prior Engineering or Technical position

  • Configuration Management experience within the Department of Defense environment

  • Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits

  • Experience performing the technical administrative activities necessary to manage CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, and media labeling

  • Experience developing briefings for management

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
