CACI International Logistics Material Expeditor in Albuquerque, New Mexico
CACI is seeking a cleared Logistics Material Handler for our program located in Albuquerque, NM.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Compile and maintain material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities.
Locate and distribute materials to specified production areas, manually or using handcart, hand-truck, or forklift.
Examine material received, verify part numbers and serial numbers if required, check for any discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts and communicate any findings to Purchasing and management as needed.
Drive truck to outlying work areas to pick up or deliver materials.
Operate a manually controlled gasoline, electric or liquid propane gas powered forklift to transport goods and materials of all kinds about a warehouse.
Perform day-to-day, routine tasks, following established guidelines.
You may direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling goods to be shipped or being received.
Perform Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook tasking.
Data entry and database knowledge.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Secret DOD Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience; or 4 years of direct experience.
State issued driver’s license
Ability to lift 40 lbs and physically maneuver up/down stairs or ladders
Computer data entry experience in warehousing inventory database
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Commercial Driver’s License
Knowledgeable in hardware materials to support; organizing hardware by type and size; and troubleshoot and research parts and suppliers for replacement.
Technical or engineering knowledge of assembly and disassembly of equipment is beneficial.
Support temporary breakdown of a project and reinstallation as original.
