CACI International Program Planner - IMP/IMS in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Description

CACI Is seeking a cleared Program/Project Planner - IMS/IMP for our program located in Albuquerque, NM. If you are looking to be a part of a highly-skilled workforce providing critical technologies in support of the defense industry, CACI would like to speak with you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Update task order progress on a weekly basis through direct contact with technical and project leaders.

  • Adjust schedules to meet changing requirements, actual work accomplished and resource usage.

  • Work with Project Managers to de-conflict scheduled activities.

  • Perform schedule/risk analyses

  • Be available to brief the schedule at ad hoc customer meetings

  • Formally delivers the IMS _ Integrated Master Schedule on a monthly basis

  • Assist in the preparation of an integrated production schedule, based on the IMS and other contracts/project schedules, to assist in prioritizing staff assignments and focus on upcoming milestones.

  • Uses IMS data to recommend changes to active work orders.

  • With Project Manager approval, implements changes to the work order system.

  • Assists in the preparation of Task Order Project Plans as requested.

  • Takes meeting minutes and prepares formal meeting minutes.

More About the Role:

Prepares an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) for each task order based on the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. Uses the IMP to prepare and obtain concurrence with schedules for each task order and integrates the task order schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical field

  • Two or more years' experience working on technical projects

  • One or more years' experience with project scheduling

  • One year experience with MS Project or certificate showing experience with basic and advanced MS Project skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with all team members and customers.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequently changing requirements requiring a great deal of tact and flexibility.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience with earned value management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Excellent data gathering, analytical and problem solving
