This position presents a great opportunity for someone to add to their technical eDiscovery experience and work on large, complex cases. On the job training will be provided on a variety of litigation support applications with much of the work in Relativity. You will be exposed to data in various forms and learn to manipulate large data sets as they progress through complex workflows. More About the Role:

The eDiscovery Process Integrations Manager operates under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff. This position operates as a part of a high-performing team handling a very large amount of data. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Works primarily with the Relativity platform. Will have a System Administrator role within the instance.

  • Drives process improvement to ensure high quality, timely, and cost-effective methods are utilized.

  • Works with all phases of the EDRM and the various Operation Center managers and teams that specialize in each phase.

  • Coordinates efforts, creates and updates documentation, and identifies and addresses workflow inefficiencies across multiple departments with overlapping workstreams.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of eDiscovery experience performing tasks such as Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image file and data conversion, data culling, including use of review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.

  • At least 12-15 years of related technical experience such as IT, software development, helpdesk, technical training, and general litigation support.

  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.

  • Candidate must possess solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data. Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies required.

  • Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry “best practices” including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.

  • Undergraduate degree

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in eDiscovery, particularly Relativity Certified Administrator.

  • Coursework in technical disciplines (programming/scripting, systems administration, and database management)

  • Ability to perform quality control analysis and report any issues with the data.

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and quickly.

  • eDiscovery experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, like the duties and responsibilities described.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
