CACI has a great opportunity for an eDiscovery professional that wants to make a difference by providing support to our government clients. We are seeking a talented and technical individual to join our team who has experience in managing Relativity workspaces, experience in leading Active Learning and other Relativity analytics projects, and providing other application and troubleshooting support to end users. This role will allow you expand your project management, critical thinking, problem solving, application troubleshooting, and scripting skills.

What You’ll Get to Do:

This position is a part of a larger application support team and will be responsible for providing senior-level Relativity support. You will be involved in coordinating the processing, hosting, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) to support government investigators and attorneys on all phases of e-discovery projects. The qualified candidate will serve as a technical lead and Relativity SME and primary point-of contact for client facing project managers, program managers as well as attorneys and case teams. This is a hand-on position where you will setup new Relativity workspace, user accounts, coding layout, configure group permissions, develop best practices, and much more.

More About the Role:

The candidate will be a senior technical contributor on the operations team coordinating & prioritizing operational tasks. A significant function of your day to day tasks may include; coordinating the teams tasks, including but not limited to drafting process and procedural documentation, training staff, managing application errors and data issue escalation, supporting complex eDiscovery data processing and hosting platforms & workflows, and other tasks as deemed appropriate by the management team. You will be exposed to many new and emerging technologies not limited to Relativity, Databases, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SQL, JavaScript, and PowerShell.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 7 years of experience in eDiscovery.

  • 5 years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.

  • Strong working knowledge of basic network functions such as RDP, Mapping UNC Paths, Network Shares.

  • Intermediate knowledge of database concepts, applications and queries (i.e. SQL).

  • Experience using and implementing Relativity’s assisted review tool, Active Learning.

  • Hands-on experience with both traditional (Term and Boolean) as well as concept-based search tools and technologies.

  • Experience running ARM backup and restores.

  • Experience building and running Relativity Scripts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) .

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • A thorough understanding of processes at each stage of eDiscovery lifecycle.

  • Experience working on a help desk, providing user support, or conducting technical training to end users on similar software.

  • Experience supporting project teams while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • Work flexible schedules to meet project deadlines.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Preferred Relativity Certified Administrator.

  • Experience working in Relativity v10.3 or newer.

  • Experience with developing workflow, processes, and documentation at various stages of the EDRM.

  • Ability to learn and execute customized proprietary tools, applications & custom workflow.

  • Experience with task ticketing systems such as (JIRA, ServiceNow).

  • Experience in working in large Relativity environments.

  • Experience building dtSearch, analytics, and textual near dupe indexes, running Active Learning, and Categorizations.
