Job Description
CACI is looking for several Program Analysts to be a part of an innovative and collaborative technology team to advance the Department of Defense (DoD)'s enterprise data analytics platform using modern technologies, cloud architectures, and development of best practices.
The CACI Team is looking for a Program Analyst to support a fast-paced, agile application development team. As a Program Analyst, you will provide expertise and recommendations to improve efficiencies, productivity, and effectiveness in the areas of project management, change management, and business management.
More About the Role
Provides analysis on existing program processes and recommends process improvements to management
Provide expertise in organizational development efforts, recruiting/retention issues, and training
Reviews work developed by team to ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations
Reviews and ensures all program tasks are within budget
Collaboratively work with customer to obtain feedback and lessons learned
Effectively present and communicate program needs and findings
Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities to management
Develop and maintain process documentation
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
3-7 years of program analysis experience
Hands-on experience leading/managing Agile development projects and teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
Experience with the tools and processes used for data collection and analysis.
Active Secret clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Experience with Qlik, Tableau or similar visualization tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies
PMP Certification
Security+ Certification
