CACI International Project Scheduler in Alexandria, Virginia

Job Description

CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Scheduler located in Alexandria, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for supporting the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a DoD client, used as the primary tracking tool to identify critical path and milestone events. The Master Scheduler will update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of the IMS, lead IMS meetings, provide analysis and reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders. Will work at the client site located in Alexandria Virginia, with meetings at the Pentagon.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS clearance/SCI Eligible

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • Expert proficiency in MS Project, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience managing a large IMS

  • Superior communication skills that enable you to lead IMS meetings and work effectively with stakeholders and different personality types

  • Understanding of project management principles

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working successfully at client sites

  • Self-motivated

  • Strong work ethic

  • Experience with computer systems and IT networking

  • Ability to comply with security rules

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with the military services

  • Understanding of DoD programs

  • Knowledge of the Joint Information Environment (JIE)

  • MS Project certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
