CACI International Capture Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for developing and executing the overall business capture strategy for an approved pursuit of new or recompete opportunities including the Capture Planning, Execution and Orchestration of the Capture Team.
You will coordinate with the Capture Team, Business Group, Business Development, Client Executives, Proposal Operations, Solution Team and enabling Organizations. Corporate level presentation of the pursuit direction and status at Milestone, Mid Course Reviews (SCR and MCR) meetings.
More About the Role:
Duties include development and execution of all attributes of a Capture Plan: Shaping, Strategy (Technical, Management, Facilities, Price, Innovation, etc.) competition Assessment, Call Plan, Communications Plan, etc.
Lead and facilitate win strategy development sessions including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
Plan, organize, and manage captures
Lead major capture efforts to successful completion
Develop the overall capture strategy, internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing
Collaborate with sector leaders, solution architects and SME's to develop solutions that offer customers value, are price competitive, executable and will be evaluated favorably.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, one of the Sciences or related field
10+ years of Strategic Capture experience successfully leading Capture, Solutioning, and Proposal Management
Active Top Secret clearance., TS/SCI Clearance is preferred.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior Govt Service experience with Intelligence Systems, Solutions and Services markets
Previous P&L experience
TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is preferable
