The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be part of a passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting full spectrum cyber operations and providing thought leadership to shape future operations.

As the OSS Computer Network Operations (CNO) SME, you will:

• Perform as the lead Computer Network Operations (CNO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for assisting in growing CACI’s OSS cyber operations portfolio. The SME will provide development of solutions and assist in shaping requirements to solve our customers’ CNO challenges by:

• Providing insights and expertise regarding CNO mission execution

• Recommending improvements to CNO mission execution

• Identifying strengths & benefits of recommendations for improving mission outcomes

• Anticipating emerging technology, policy, and regulation impacts on mission operations and providing strategies, guidelines, and processes to mitigate risk

• Author executive level briefings and point papers

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph is required to start

• College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related discipline

• Experience writing white papers and developing presentations

• Experience in either DoD or IC organizations conducting cyber operations

• Professional Experience: twelve (12+) years related technical experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of and ability to assist others in the use of CNO tools & capabilities to support process improvement

• Ability to apply advanced cybersecurity, information assurance, and communication technology principles, theories, and concepts contributing to the development of innovative CNO principles and ideas

• Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and resourceful

• Experience with continuous development & integration tools used in operational environments

• Experience with Computer Network Operations (CNO) processes, procedures, and tools

• Experience supporting the National Threat Operations Center (NTOC)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to business, management, and technical teams.

• Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team to develop and implement strategic change.

• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle

• Knowledge of and connections with the Industry Base supporting CNO efforts in the IC
