What You’ll Get to Do:

Serve as a deputy to a Program Manager across a single program and a portfolio of partner projects. This includes planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Some profit and loss (P&L) responsibility will apply as you will have direct influence on how company resources are allocated. You may also be accountable for the performance of a self-contained unit delivering on the targets set and within budget by managing costs and revenue.

More About the Role:

In this role, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Support the Program Manager with all activities in support of an IDIQ program.

  • Serve as a POC with a partner network of companies supporting the IDIQ.

  • Work with internal corporate finance, contracts, and subcontracts teams.

  • Assist with documentation and delivery on program PMRs, CDRLs, and Award Fee self-assessments.

  • Lead the efforts to staff open positions on the IDIQ task orders as well as place internal staff on partner network projects.

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all open positions are identified and posted for applicant sourcing.

  • Participate in screening and interviewing candidates.

  • Work with corporate systems supporting contract, finance, and procurement functions.

  • Serve as a first line supervisor for some staff members.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to support a Program Management Office and team members in the preparation and analysis of and contract, project, or business-related tasks.

  • Ability to monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met while tracking funding and ceiling amounts for respective tasks.

  • Ability to provide Subcontractor reporting to include funding & expected expenditures to Subcontracts program management.

  • Ability to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding program deliverables.

  • BA/BS degree with 7 years of experience

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • PMP certification or willingness to attain it.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
