CACI (Legacy Next Century) , seeks multiple Help Desk Specialists to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland!

What You Will Get to Do in This Role:

The HelpDesk Specialist will join a new program serving the intelligence community (IC). You will serve as the first-line support to IC customers for questions and responding to system issues, perform minor corrective maintenance, follow current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and documented Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

To be successful as a Help Desk Specialist , you will:

  • Enter issues via a problem tracking tool (JIRA)

  • Respond to user questions

  • Monitor the health and status of current systems

  • Assist in the preparation of routine metrics and system availability reports and user support metrics

  • Provide customer follow up to ensure questions have been answered and collect satisfaction feedback

If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply :

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing customer support
