CACI International Junior to Senior Technical Trainer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Next Century, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CACI, is seeking multiple Technical Trainers to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD!
Be part of the movement! Join a large seven-year multi-program contract serving as the enterprise-wide analyst capabilities contract for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. These efforts will include the development and sustainment of integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote the modernizing of visualization and presentation tools across the agency space.

In this role you will be developing and/or conducting customized training classes including online materials, demonstrations, working or user groups, and conferences for an IC customer.
To be successful:
Plan and manage training plans for large programs
Assist users with learning tools and applying to workflow
Create and present briefing materials for user community
Work with user community to identify training needs across the IC
Proactively engage customers to increase the user base
Familiarity of Instructional Design models and methodologies
Work with development teams to ensure accuracy of training materials
Assist in the development of technical training materials including online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and training manuals
Familiarity with multi-media and/or computer based (CBT) training support and products generation
Provide input on the best medium(s) and venue to convey trainings (i.e. CBT, VTC, in-person, working groups, micro-learnings, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent oral and presentation skills
Ability to apply 508 compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND experience as a trainer OR additional experience will be required in lieu of degree
Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered
