CACI International Part-Time Operations Support Specialist in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Next Century, a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join us in our Annapolis Junction, MD office!
What you will accomplish in this role:
Support daily operations for a secure national security facility (SCIF) that hosts hundreds of software developers
Provide support for orientation of new facility residents
Conduct inventory management and supply purchases
Track and maintain Information Technology and facility logistics support tickets
Support tracking/scheduling seat moves, cleaning desks for seat moves
Add arrivals and departures for facility guests
Help with facility administrative needs
Support planning and organizing events
Emptying shredders, replacing printer toner, stocking printer paper
Submitting expense report transactions
Scheduling trash pickup, facility cleaning, break area cleaning, carpet cleaning with our authorized cleaners
Stocking the break areas with pantry items and office supplies
Escorting visitors through the facility
Submitting JIRA tickets, cleaning/setting up new residents’ desk.
Support Operations lead with customer relationship management
Inventory Support work / Excess request work
IT Spot Checks as necessary
Seat Move Support during surge periods
Escort support for IT requests
Skills that will make you successful:
Customer-service aptitude or experience
Need to work independently with limited supervision
Need to be able to work in a professional fast paced environment
Must have active TS/SCI with Polygraph
H.S. student eligible to work in state of MD
